Project Vision & Objectives
Leica Biosystems required a centralized, frictionless time tracking and labor allocation platform to replace disparate spreadsheet logs and disconnected regional logging methods. The portal needed to serve medical diagnostics engineering, research lab technicians, and management with real-time approval pipelines.
As the UI/UX & Frontend Developer on this initiative, the core mission was to eliminate logging friction, design intuitive timesheet submission forms, establish strict data validation, and produce responsive, clean dashboard views that deliver immediate clarity on billable hours, project milestones, and resource allocation.
