WEB PERFORMANCE
A slow site loses people before they ever see what you built.
I go through a site layer by layer (design, code, assets, hosting) and fix whatever is actually causing the drag instead of guessing. It's usually a handful of things: oversized images, scripts that block rendering, a font loading three weights nobody uses, an autoplay hero carousel. Speed also feeds search, because Core Web Vitals are part of how Google judges page experience.

How I Make Sites Faster
Frontend Performance
Most speed problems live in the frontend, not on the server. I split and lazy-load code, cut bundle size, and keep heavy JavaScript off the main thread so pages respond quickly when people tap.
Images & Fonts
Unoptimized images and fonts are still the most common reason a page feels slow. They're also the easiest to fix.
Speed Audits & Technical SEO
A written audit with the issues ranked by impact, fixes I can make myself, and the SEO side (crawlability, mobile usability) checked at the same time. Looking for full search optimization? Explore my SEO, AEO & GEO services.
Ongoing Monitoring
Performance drifts as new content and features get added. I set up monitoring and check in periodically so a new plugin doesn't quietly undo the work.
