NAP: Secure Enterprise Global Onboarding Portal
NAP is a secure online portal architected to simplify, standardize, and accelerate the new employee onboarding process across multiple geographical locations and compliance environments.
Background & Problem Statement
With manufacturing, biological research labs, and executive hubs spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Leica Biosystems needed an automated onboarding hub. Previously, regional HR branches utilized separate onboarding checklists, inconsistent document upload workflows, and manual paper compliance verification.
The NAP portal unified international onboarding into a single responsive portal. It guides newly hired scientists, engineers, and support staff through a step-by-step checklist, corporate policy acknowledgments, equipment requisitioning, and security compliance, while providing HR managers an interactive command center.
